NHCC cooperates at the national level with the Ministry of Health’s operational program for addressing HIV and AIDS, and the National Center for HIV/AIDS Dermatology and STDs (NCHADS). NCHADS is charged with ensuring that health centers throughout Cambodia are adequately supplied with enough ARV medication to treat their target population. |

In each of its programs NHCC collaborates with and supports the William J. Clinton Foundation’s HIV/AIDS Initiative in Cambodia. |

NHCC is a grantee of USAID, which provides funding for a majority of NHCC’s ‘Outreach Program’ in the Phnom Penh area, the Transitional House, and for the “Quilters of Hope” program and NHCC’s other Phnom Penh-based activities. |
